Every bulk order passes stage-wise checks designed for export consignments.

1. Fabric Inspection

Greige and dyed fabric is inspected for weaving defects, shade variation, GSM and width before cutting.

2. In-Process Checks

Stitching lines run in-line checks; embroidery and handwork are sampled against approved references.

3. Pre-Dispatch Audit

Random AQL-based sampling of finished goods — measurement, finishing, packing, labelling and carton drop tests on request.

4. Documentation & Traceability

Order-wise traceability with photo/video records available to buyers before dispatch.
